Over my career I've led massive projects, led teams, held senior leadership roles and developed policy.  I've coached executives to lead the culture change they want to see in their organisations.  I've also taught, facilitated, been a key note and am a published author. 
As well as my academic qualifications I am certified as an NLP practitioner, ILM7 Executive Coach and Mentor, Kata Coach, Human Factors Trainer, Trust at Work Practitioner and Executive Menopause Coach.  

I volunteer for Mencap and raise money for the Samaritans and the Alzheimer's Society.  I run and garden in my spare time.
