My journey as a Transformational Life Coach began in 2006, and I have been adding to and developing my skills ever since. I combine the very latest Paseda360 coaching which includes Limitless Light Therapy and Event Havening, all aimed at helping you navigate emotional barriers and find your path to fulfilment; and
I am also able to offer traditional NLP and solution focused coaching models and hypnotherapy.

Many of my clients are facing personal issues that are impacting on their families, friends and at work. They just feel stuck and as a result, maybe taking risks with their health, relationships and finances.
