Hi there, I am Ann; transformational Coach, Leadership Expert , Cultural Connector, based in Belgium, working across borders and beneath the surface.

With over 20 years of experience leading multicultural teams across Europe, I bring a calm, practical, and people-focused approach to coaching. I’ve been the (project) leader, the manager, the mentor, the one making the tough calls (both at work and in life) and the one holding space when others couldn’t see their own worth.

Over time, I realised that what deeply energised me wasn’t just the strategy or systems, but above all helping people grow — seeing them blossom, shift, reclaim their value, and move forward with clarity.

Now, as a certified Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching (and close to completing my Master Practitioner certificate), I support:

I’m based in the Brussels area (Belgium) and work with clients across Europe — virtually or, for organisations, also onsite.
