I’m Sally and I’m a transformational coach working in Cheshire, London and online.

Before coaching, I enjoyed a successful 17-year career in media buying, working for both independent agencies and the largest holding groups in the UK. I left the agency world in 2017 and found a wonderful coach who helped me immensely. I knew then that I wanted to be able to do the same for other people and there began my journey to becoming a coach.

I’ve invested heavily in myself to be the best coach I can be and I’m delighted to be one of the first 10 certified advanced practitioners of Paseda360.

As a coach I offer a safe and relaxing place, free from judgement. I listen with empathy, but I won’t just sit and nod. I will challenge you when required. There’s no hierarchy in the room. We’re equals, working together to give you the best future that you deserve. I combine coaching, therapy, consulting and mentoring all in one and work hard for my clients with honesty and integrity. In return I ask that you are committed, prepared to work hard and will trust in the process and the therapies that we use together.
