I can help. I’m Liv and I’m a transformational coach working online with clients across the UK.

Before coaching I studied psychology at university followed by 25 years in financial services. I built a career I loved, leading programmes, operations and sustainability. But everything changed for me after I went through a tricky time of bereavement, burnout and redundancy.

After some deep soul-searching, I launched my own transformational coaching business, Yellow Bench Coaching. My yellow bench reminds me of the time when I began to rediscover myself, redefine what success means to me, and reconnect with the things that truly matter. Now, I’m on a mission to guide senior professionals, leaders and executives through their own transformations. With 7 years of experience in corporate sustainability, I’m especially passionate about helping sustainability leaders stay focused, balanced, and purpose-driven.
