I'm Loretta Davie, Transformational Coach for capable women ready to stop coping and start choosing.
I work with women whose early experiences (emotional neglect, chronic boundary violation) shaped survival responses that are still running the show. My work goes to the root. Using transformational coaching including Event Havening, and somatic trauma-informed tools, I work directly with the emotional imprints held in the nervous system, so shifts land in the body, not just the mind.

My programmes support women at different stages of this work:
The Power Hour. A focused 60-minute session for clarity when you're at a crossroads.
Signature 1:1 Coaching. Four weeks of depth work, structured and contained, for women ready to move at pace.

As a Paseda360 Practitioner and transformational coach with lived experience of this work, I bring warmth, directness, and genuine depth to every session.
This isn't motivational coaching. It isn't crisis therapy.
