I’m Rachel a Transformational Coach living in North Hampshire. As a former Head of HR, I’ve walked in your shoes and understand what it’s like to be expected to be the oracle to all things related to people whilst maintaining trust, professionalism and confidentiality whilst striking a balance between working strategically and reacting to the day-to-day issues that arise. The everyday juggle can lead to fatigue, burnout and you feeling stuck.
I’ve invested in my own self-development so, that I can remove the HR mask that as HR professionals we are conditioned to wear over the years and better support my clients.
With my lead from the heart and directive approach, I’m known for helping my clients to gain a new perspective. I am able to fully support my clients with empathy and integrity in the right way for them at each stage of their transformation.
As a certified Paseda360 practitioner my approach is based on the Stop Being Stuck program which includes Event Havening and Limitless Light Therapy. I will take you through a step-by-step process to identify limiting beliefs, unhelpful self-talk and reframe them whilst also, focusing on building your self-value so, that you’re able to really delve deep to understand what is holding you back from fulfilling your potential.
With a new level of self-awareness you will be more empowered to create your vision and we will do this together using coaching tools such as visualisation techniques and the life wheel to identify the gap between the “now” and where you want to get too, “the future.”
