I’m Vanessa, and I help people break free from what’s holding them back so they can move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

With over 20 years’ leadership experience in the NHS, I understand the pressure of always being the one who holds it all together. I’ve also navigated my own life challenges, including cancer, career changes and the quiet exhaustion of living up to others’ expectations. These experiences now shape the way I support others.

I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or ready for something more, helping them shift the patterns, beliefs and stories that may be getting in the way. My approach blends transformational coaching with therapeutic tools including Havening Techniques®, Limitless Light Therapy® and the GC Index®. These methods support deep personal insight, nervous system regulation and long-lasting change.
