I bring real life experience (I have been that person!). I coach with courage, compassion and empathy and the full belief in your ability to create the life you want.
I will work with you to gently restore self belief, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose. You'll put your past into perspective and bring your wisdom into your new future.

Over the past 25 years I worked with many people and teams to enable both personal and professional transformation. I help people change their lives.

Over my career I've led massive projects, led teams, held senior leadership roles and developed policy. I've coached executives to lead the culture change they want to see in their organisations. I've also taught, facilitated, been a key note and am a published author.
As well as my academic qualifications I am certified as an NLP practitioner, ILM7 Executive Coach and Mentor, Kata Coach, Human Factors Trainer, Trust at Work Practitioner and Executive Menopause Coach.

I volunteer for Mencap and raise money for the Samaritans and the Alzheimer's Society. I run and garden in my spare time.

Most of all I'm passionate about people believing and knowing their best self, when this happens anything becomes possible.
