Duncan Skelton is an executive coach and the founder of Duncan Skelton Coaching. With a 25-year background in senior engineering leadership, including roles at Google in London and New York, he brings rare depth to the coaching of tech and corporate leaders. Since launching his practice six years ago, he has worked one-on-one with over 640 leaders across organisations including Google, Microsoft, Meta, Netflix, Spotify, BBC, and the UK Government.
