GROW THROUGH SUPERVISION AND MENTORING

You know when a session hasn’t quite landed.

You felt it. You just didn’t act on it. Or you did… and you’re not convinced it was right.

And then you’ve got nowhere to take it. Because you can’t just talk about client work anywhere. And you shouldn’t be working it out on your own. So you carry on.

THIS IS WHERE COACHES GET STUCK

Not because they’re not capable.

Because they’re on their own with their thinking.

Same patterns.
Same decisions.
Same level of depth.

You get more comfortable.

But you’re not really moving.

The word supervision doesn't always help.

It can sound like someone watching over your work.
Checking it. Judging it.

That’s not what this is.

This is a space where you bring your coaching and look at it properly with someone trained to do that.

Not to assess you.

To support you.

To help you see what’s going on in your sessions.
To notice what you might be missing.
To understand what’s being played out between you and your client.

Because you can’t take that work just anywhere.

And you shouldn’t be working it out on your own.

This isn’t hierarchical.

It’s not “I’m the expert, you’re the coach being reviewed”.

It’s an I’m okay, you’re okay relationship.

You’re a capable coach.

You’re bringing your work.

And we’re using supervision techniques to look at it together.

Properly.

So you leave clearer.
More confident.
And able to go further with your clients.

IT’S ALSO PART OF YOUR STANDARD

If you’re an accredited coach, supervision isn’t optional. It’s expected.

Because when you’re working with people at depth:

You will miss things.
You will make calls in the moment.
You will bring your own patterns into the room.

This is where that gets seen.

And where your clients are properly protected.

If you're thinking...

I know I'm capable of more than this

Or

I don’t want to stay coaching at this level

Then this is probably the work.

You can keep your coaching to yourself.

Or you can bring it somewhere it actually moves.
