You can spend all day in conversation with clients... and still be on your own with your thinking.
No one to test it with.
No one to challenge it.
No one to see what you’re not seeing.
That’s where coaching gets harder than it needs to be.
You don’t improve just by doing more sessions.
You improve when your thinking is stretched.
When someone questions what you’re doing. When you hear how others are working. When something clicks that you hadn’t seen before.
Without that, it’s easy to stay at the same level.

If you want somewhere to connect without overthinking it, start here.
Peer Hub is our free Facebook community, open to any coach, whether you’ve trained with us or not.
It’s where you can ask questions, share what you’re seeing, and stay connected to other coaches who are in it with you.
Coach Club
If you don’t want to drift after training, this is where you stay in it.
Not just learning more.
Actually getting better.
Coach Club is open to all coaches. You don’t need to have trained with Paseda360 to join.
Weekly clinics with Angela and other experienced coaches, where you bring what’s happening with your clients and look at it properly.
So you’re not second guessing decisions or sitting on sessions that didn’t quite land.
Monthly CPD sessions that don’t just add theory, but help you understand how to apply it.
So what you learn actually shows up in your coaching.
A vault of practical resources you can go back to when you need them.
So you’re not constantly reinventing things or wondering how to approach something.
And then there’s the bit most people don’t expect.
You get to know the other coaches.
Conversations turn into support.
Support turns into friendships.
Throughout the year, there are pop-up in-person events, so you’re not just connecting through a screen.
This isn’t somewhere you dip into.
It’s somewhere that keeps you moving.

National Coaching Awards
Now in its fourth year, the National Coaching Awards recognises coaches across the profession.
It’s open to all coaches, not just those trained with Paseda360.
There are 10 categories, covering different stages of the journey and different areas of coaching.
The event is run as a not-for-profit in support of the Blue Light Bursary, helping those leaving public service roles retrain as coaches.
Entries open on 8th August 2026.

National Coaching Conference
4th February 2027 · Birmingham
A full-day conference open to all coaches who want to stay close to how this work is actually evolving.
You’ll hear from experienced practitioners, take part in real conversations about coaching, and spend time with people who take this work seriously.
It’s not about sitting through slides.
It’s about understanding what’s actually happening in the room when you coach.

You don’t get better at coaching in isolation.
You get better when your thinking is challenged.
