I’m Valerie Evans, a leadership and transformational coach. I help people align what they think, feel and do so they can lead and live with clarity, steadiness and integrity.

I bring three years of coaching experience and over a decade in senior leadership. As a Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner, my work has been recognised with two National Coaching Awards: Blue Light Award: Passion for Coaching (2023) and Charity Coach of the Year (2024). I am also shortlisted for Mentor of the Year (2025).

My coaching is calm, ethical and evidence informed. I support clients to understand what sits beneath their patterns, set down the masks they have been carrying and reconnect with their authentic, values led selves. The work is deep but never forceful. It is grounded in emotional safety, neuroscience and a quiet belief in each person’s capacity for change.

My approach keeps the client at the centre. I treat people as whole humans, not projects, and I follow the Paseda360 methodology with care, structure and compassion. When clients understand themselves more deeply, they lead with greater confidence, kindness and ease.
