Laura founded Winter Executive Coaching in 2023, following 30 years in Insurance and Financial Services as a Senior Director, solving complex problems and sitting on Leadership Boards. Her personal experiences of career transitions, moving between consulting and industry, shapes her coaching today.
She holds a BA Hons in Geography, studied French language at La Sorbonne, and has an ILM 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She is a qualified Paseda 360 Advanced Practitioner Coach and Limitless Light Therapy Practitioner and is currently completing a further qualification as a Havening Coach.
Laura's approach centres on: Explore, Achieve, Motivate and Safe. Drawing on her corporate experience of transformation, she is challenging, curious and reflective, helping clients surface insights and clarify their goals. Sessions are challenging but fun, and where useful, therapeutic techniques such as Havening and Limitless Light Therapy help unblock what's keeping clients stuck.
She believes change rarely comes from comfort; that combining structured challenge, honest reflection and deeper therapeutic work gives clients not just a plan, but the internal shift needed to follow through. Sessions take place in a confidential, safe space, online or in person, and she follows the EMCC Code of Ethics as an EMCC Affiliate ILM member.
Laura loves skiing, the French mountains, and time by the sea. She met her husband at university; they have two grown-up sons.
