I am a Chartered Accountant and Board Director. Having spent over 15 years in Finance, building, developing and leading teams within different sectors (FMCG, Retail and FinTech) I noticed to get the best from my teams and peers adopting a coaching approach generated better results. I started coaching to improve my people skills and I found a passion to use in to support others in their development journey too. Alongside my corporate career I spent over 10 years volunteering with a national charity, holding multiple leadership roles. Having transitioned between industries I have learnt how to challenge and develop others in a supportive way.I believe in a client centric approach and this brought me to develop skills beyond traditional coaching. I now can incorporate therapeutic techniques in my coaching, to help you as the client look backwards at the underlying drivers of where you are today and to support you to move forward and towards your goals. I have a non-judgmental approach to coaching and I am skilled at holding space for you to do this deeper work. I combine this and some of the more traditional aspects such as reflecting, challenging and providing accountability too.
