How will I benefit from Coach Training?
By Angela Cox, last updated February 12, 2024

A career as a coach has so many possibilities, not only for you, but for your clients too. It’s the ultimate win-win.

Coach training can offer several benefits, including:

  1. Improved coaching skills: You will learn techniques and strategies to effectively coach individuals or groups.
  2. Enhanced communication skills: You will develop better listening, questioning, and feedback skills, which can help you build trust and rapport with your clients.
  3. Personal growth: Coach training can help you better understand your own thoughts, emotions, and motivations, and support your personal growth.
  4. Career development: Coach training can open up new career opportunities as a coach, consultant, or in leadership roles that require coaching skills.
  5. Increased earning potential: Coach training can increase your earning potential by allowing you to offer coaching services or to negotiate for higher salaries.
  6. Networking: Coach training can provide opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals, which can lead to new partnerships, collaborations, and friendships.

All of those benefits are real. But at Paseda360 we see TWO MASSIVE PROBLEMS with traditional coach training.

  1. It doesn’t show you how to apply the tools in a way that helps your clients at different stages on the journey
  2. It doesn’t give you permission to flex across the whole coaching spectrum.

If you’ve read our other articles, you’ll have heard us say that Paseda360 is breaking the coaching mould by ditching the 1980s approach to coaching.

That’s because we are fusing together all aspects of the coaching spectrum so your client can work with you on their past, as well as the present and future. This is a MUST if the client is to close the gap between where they are now and their real potential.

The other major change is the approach to the training itself. Traditional coach training equips you with a heap of knowledge and tools and then leaves you to figure it out how to deliver to your client.

We believe there is a better way. Our courses are designed around your client journey. Once qualified as a Paseda360 coach you’ll know how to take your clients through these three journey stages.

1️⃣ Stop Being Stuck

2️⃣ Become the Real You

3️⃣ Unleash your true potential

The Advanced Practitioner Course shows you how to work with your client at the stop being stuck stage. You’ll be shown exactly what to do to get your clients unstuck through a half day transformative session, some focussed reflection work, and a consolidating follow up session.

And guess what? For many clients this is all they need.

As a coach you can add significant value quickly, feel fulfilled and have freedom and flexibility. Plus you’ll have confidence to hit the ground running immediately.

The First Step

The Advanced Practitioner is a 120-hour course, assured by the ILM and certified by ACCPH. It features Havening Techniques and our very own Limitless Light Therapy.

The course has a blended learning approach with half of the content being delivered via our bespoke learning management system, self-paced at times that suit you. The other half is delivered via a virtual workshop, and an in-person 5-day event.

Most coaching starts in completely the wrong place
By Angela Cox, last updated May 26, 2026
It starts with goals, visions, purpose statements, values exercises, and questions about where somebody wants to be in five years, which sounds sensible until you spend enough time sitting opposite real human beings and realise that many people have absolutely no idea what they genuinely want because they have spent years building a life around coping, adapting, surviving, pleasing, performing,

Nothing Looks Wrong. That’s the Problem
By Angela Cox, last updated April 28, 2026
There are people in your organisation who are doing exactly what you need them to do, and they are doing it in a way that gives you no reason to question it. They deliver, they take responsibility, and they hold things together when it matters. You don’t need to chase them, and you don’t need to double check their work.

The 7 Patterns Almost Every New Coach Falls Into
By Angela Cox, last updated December 20, 2025
Many coaches begin their journey believing the first year will be logical and linear. They train. They qualify. They put themselves out there.Clients appear.Momentum builds. It is a comforting idea. It suggests that effort leads neatly to outcome, and that following the steps will produce predictable results. In practice, the early months of coaching rarely unfold this way. What shows up instead

How Pretender Masks Show Up in Coaches (And Why It Matters More Than We Admit)
By Angela Cox, last updated December 10, 2025
Most coaches are remarkably self-aware when it comes to their clients. They listen for the story beneath the story, they track the nervous system, they hold the silence (or, in our case, the not silence), and they pride themselves on their ability to tune in with precision. Yet, ironically, it is in this same seat of apparent awareness that something
