Eligibility:
Open to Limited companies that have been actively trading for a minimum of 18 months, delivering professional coaching services with a clear brand, structured client experience, and a strong ethical foundation
Client-Centred Impact: The business must demonstrate a clear and consistent ability to create meaningful, lasting transformation for its clients, whether individuals, teams, or organisations. Evidence may include testimonials, client outcomes, retention rates, or case studies.
Coaching Excellence Across Offerings: Whether through 1:1 coaching, group programmes, team coaching, or digital delivery, the business should uphold high-quality standards across all services. A clearly defined method or philosophy that underpins delivery is a strong advantage.
Ethical Practice and Integrity: The business must demonstrate responsible, transparent, and values-aligned practices in how it markets, delivers, and evolves its services. This includes respect for client readiness, boundaries, and a commitment to doing no harm.
Innovation and Responsiveness: The business should show evidence of adapting to client needs, market shifts or societal change, whether through innovation, process refinement, or creative service delivery.
Scalability and Sustainability: Judges will be looking for more than short-term wins. The business should demonstrate structured systems, a sustainable growth model, and clear operational maturity that supports quality at scale.
Human-Centric Culture: From the way the business supports clients to how it nurtures its team or associates, the culture should reflect empathy, belonging, and development. A people-first ethos should be visible both externally and internally.
