Client-Centred Strategies: The candidate should use tailored coaching strategies that address the specific challenges faced by individuals with ADHD, such as time management, organisation, self-regulation, and motivation.

Client Impact: The candidate should be able to show evidence of meaningful, measurable impact in their clients’ lives, including improved daily functioning, increased confidence, enhanced academic or professional performance, and stronger self-advocacy skills.

Coaching Approach: The candidate should employ a compassionate, strengths-based coaching style that empowers clients with ADHD to harness their unique abilities and develop personalised systems for success.

Advocacy and Awareness: The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to raising awareness and reducing stigma around ADHD, contributing to broader understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity.
