Hi, I’m Suzi. I coach high performers, business leaders and entrepreneurs who want to reach their highest potential, but can’t quite get unstuck from the negative patterns and mindset holding them back.
For 14 years I held a career in policing, serving operationally on the front line, working in strategic environments with senior leaders, and later holding one of the largest UK police forces to account. I have a strong academic background in criminology, policing and systems thinking. I have also been a member of the Royal British Legion for nearly 20 years and previously volunteered at their supported accommodation for veterans experiencing PTSD and homelessness.
My coaching journey started informally in 2016 within policing, but my passion for it steadily overtook my chosen career. After completing my Padesa360 Advanced Practitioner qualification in 2024, I took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship to follow my 4-year-long dream of building my own full-time coaching practice. I am excited to undertake my Paseda360 Master Practitioner training from November 2024, to bring an even more comprehensive coaching provision to my clients.
In working with you on the Stop Being Stuck coaching programme, my goal is to:
• help guide you through the maze of confusion in life and career or business
• support you in breaking through limiting beliefs and stagnating growth
• coach you in building stronger self-trust and deeper self-awareness
• co-create positive and valuable outcomes together with you so you can be the best version of yourself and springboard to that next level.
My approach is one of compassion and challenge, creating a nurturing environment for you to explore the depths of your heart and mind, to unlock your highest potential and create positive lasting change.
