Hi, I’m Nicky and I would love to work with you to become unstuck and help you step into the best version of you! Let me tell you a little about myself, and my journey into coaching.
I live in the Midlands and when I’m not working, I’m usually found at the yard spending time with my pony and enjoying the outdoors. Before deciding to become a coach, I spent 16 years in corporate leadership roles, mentoring and coaching as part of my role. I’ve spent the majority of my career in business transformation, and with a naturally inquisitive nature, I have a real passion for bringing out the best in people and working together to help them be the best version of themselves. I have an astute curiosity about what makes people tick and the energy they bring.

The Stop Being Stuck programme is one I truly believe in and is something which is very close to my heart. Having gone through the programme myself, I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. It’s been a truly life-changing experience!
