Programme Structure
Module One
Understanding Teams & Team Coaching
What makes a team different from a group, the evolution of modern teaming, and the foundations of Human-Centric team coaching. You’ll explore types of teams, hidden dynamics, and what it means to coach the system, not the individuals.
Module Two
Winning Work: Attracting, Pitching & Onboarding Clients
Learn how to identify the right teams to work with, shape compelling proposals, manage stakeholders, and create ethical contracts that set the tone for impact and safety.
Module Three
Scoping & Shaping the Team Coaching Plan
Use the Human-Centric Scoping Framework to design tailored programmes. You’ll gather insight, spot readiness and risk, and co-create a coaching plan that drives sustainable change.
Module Four
Inside the Team: Psychology, Power & Performance
Understand the forces that help and hinder teams. Explore trust, belonging, identity, cognitive bias, and power, including the Paseda360 Pretender Model and the Team Maturity Framework.
Module Five
Human-Centric Teaming: Bringing Humanity & Performance
Discover what it means for a team to be truly Human-Centric. Work through The Core, The Connection, and The Collective, and the Six Ways of Being that build resilient, responsible, and relational teams.
Module Six
Human-Centric Team Coaching in Action
Put it all together. Design full end-to-end programmes, plan sessions with intent, manage derailment, use observation and pulse-checking tools, and measure impact.
In-Person Learning Week (London)
Five immersive days of applied practice with live simulations, stakeholder meetings, and observed coaching.
- Days 1–3: Work on a live team-coaching brief, meet the “leadership team,” and build your programme proposal.
- Days 4–5: Deliver your Live Coaching Lab (observed), receive feedback, and complete your Fitness-to-Practise presentation.
You’ll leave with the confidence and competence to coach teams for real.
Module Seven
