Paseda360 was created to help people move beyond simply coping with life and into becoming who they really are.

Because real transformation does not come from surface level coaching conversations. It comes from understanding the human being underneath the performance.

Paseda360 was founded by Angela Cox after more than two decades working in business transformation and leadership development.

Angela spent years inside large organisations helping leaders navigate complex change.

She saw talented people achieving extraordinary things professionally while privately struggling with self doubt, perfectionism, burnout and the pressure to keep performing.

Traditional coaching frameworks were helpful, but often they stopped too early.

They focused on goals and behaviour.

What they missed was identity, emotional regulation, past conditioning and the deeper patterns that shape how people show up in their lives.

Angela set out to create a different approach. One that worked with the whole human being.

After extensive training across coaching, psychology and therapeutic disciplines, and thousands of hours working with clients, the Paseda360 Human-Centric methodology was born.

Much of the coaching industry still relies on models developed decades ago. They emphasise neutrality, endless questioning and rigid frameworks. While these approaches have their place, they do not always meet the complexity of modern life.

Paseda360 takes a different view.

Human-Centric coaching allows the coach to bring perspective, challenge and insight when it is needed. It integrates coaching with psychology and behavioural understanding while maintaining strong ethical boundaries.
