By Angela Cox, last updated April 25, 2024

In a modern world where executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs all seek guidance from coaches – for various types of complex scenarios in personal and professional challenges – the method of Paseda360 has risen as a tailor-made solution of innovation and transformation for the modern-day coach.

Founded by Angela Cox, a distinguished Executive Coach and AC Master Coach, the Paseda360 way was born out of a realisation—a recognition that the conventional approaches of segregating therapy, consulting, and coaching were outdated and insufficient in 2024. Angela Cox, armed with a formidable arsenal of qualifications including accreditation in 14 therapeutic modalities and a post grad degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London, went on a mission to revolutionise the coaching industry for the better.

Driven by her extensive experience, which spanned thousands of coaching hours and relentless research, Angela Cox crafted the Paseda360 method, along with the revolutionary leadership expert, Martin Cox—a holistic coaching approach designed to cater to the multifaceted needs of individuals.

This method integrates various proprietary models and techniques such as Limitless Light Therapy, The Pretender Model, and The Self-Value Baseline, among others. With a commitment to empowering clients across all dimensions of life, business, and self, Paseda360 emerged as a trailblazer in the coaching industry for modern times.

Why Paseda360? -Empowering Clients to Be Brilliant by Being Themselves

At the heart of Paseda360 lies a fundamental belief in the brilliance inherent within each individual. Paseda360 does not merely aim to address surface-level issues or provide temporary solutions. Instead, it strives to unleash the full potential of clients by fostering authenticity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through the fusion of cutting-edge research, innovative methodologies, and unwavering dedication, Paseda360 endeavours to guide clients on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

You see, the central to the essence of Paseda360 is the recognition that clients are not merely seeking assistance for isolated problems—they are on a quest for holistic growth and fulfilment. By serving as trusted advisors rather than compartmentalised specialists, Paseda360 coaches embrace the entirety of clients’ experiences, aspirations, and challenges.

This holistic approach transcends traditional coaching paradigms, offering a comprehensive framework for individuals to navigate the complexities of modern life and business. In a sense, this is what Pased360 stands for. But what does Paseda360 mean? To understand this, let’s look at the main 6 client outcomes of the Paseda360 approach – symbolised by the 6 letters of the acronym “PASEDA”.

The Six Client Outcomes of Paseda360

Letter P – Positive Belief System

Beliefs serve as the foundation upon which we build our perceptions of the world and ourselves. They shape our actions, reactions, and ultimately, our destinies. Yet, not all beliefs are created equal. Some beliefs propel us forward, igniting our potential and fueling our aspirations, while others shackle us to a reality defined by self-doubt and limitation.

The concept of a positive belief system transcends mere optimism; it embodies a profound shift in perspective—a conscious choice to cultivate empowering beliefs that align with our true potential. It entails recognising and challenging the negative narratives that often dominate our internal dialogue, replacing them with affirming truths that elevate our sense of self-worth and possibility.

In the pursuit of fostering a positive belief system in the executive coaching industry and facilitating its profound personal transformation for their clients, Paseda360 introduces a groundbreaking approach known as Limitless Light Therapy. This innovative therapy represents a paradigm shift in coaching methodologies, harnessing the principles of neuro-scientific research to identify and reprogram limiting beliefs.

Limitless Light Therapy transcends traditional coaching practices by integrating cutting-edge techniques aimed at stabilising the trauma response and nurturing a positive belief system. Developed as an ACCPH-accredited method, it offers clients a holistic framework for unravelling deeply ingrained patterns of thought and behaviour, paving the way for lasting change and growth.

By combining the most effective coaching practices with Limitless Light Therapy, Paseda360 empowers clients to make significant progress in remarkably little time. This synergistic approach not only neutralises trauma and regulates the stress response but also illuminates the path to positive transformation, enabling individuals to transcend limitations and embrace their full potential. This is what the starting letter “P” tries to represent in the Paseda360 approach.

Letter A – Abundance Mindset

In a world often defined by scarcity and competition, the concept of abundance offers a transformative lens through which to perceive reality. Far more than mere material wealth, an abundance mindset embodies a profound appreciation for the boundless resources and opportunities that exist in the universe. At its core, it is a belief system rooted in the understanding that there is enough to go around for everyone, and that true wealth lies not only in material possessions but also in inner fulfilment.

Central to embracing an abundance mindset is recognising the power of one’s thoughts. By shifting the focus from scarcity to abundance, people can unlock a world of possibilities and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the blessings already present in their lives. This shift in perspective not only expands one’s horizons but also fosters a deep sense of contentment and satisfaction with the present moment.

When it comes to transformational coaching, however, creating win-win situations is one main essential components of embracing abundance. By seeking mutually beneficial outcomes in all interactions and endeavours, clients can tap into the inherent abundance of collaborative efforts, fostering a sense of abundance for both parties involved.

Incorporating gratitude into daily life is perhaps one of the most powerful practices for nurturing an abundance mindset too. By regularly expressing appreciation for the blessings, big and small, that enrich one’s life, individuals can cultivate a profound sense of abundance and fulfilment.

Finally, recognising opportunities around oneself is crucial for embracing abundance. By maintaining an open and receptive mindset, individuals can uncover hidden potentials and seize opportunities for growth and expansion through such coach training methods. This is what is represented within the second letter – Letter “A” of PASEDA360.

Letter S – Stabilised Trauma Response

Trauma, in its essence, is the aftermath of experiencing highly stressful, frightening, or distressing events that overwhelm our coping mechanisms as humans and leave a lasting impact on our psyche. It can manifest as a single traumatic incident or as ongoing events endured over an extended period. While trauma is a universal human experience, its effects can vary widely from person to person.

Crucial to the journey of healing from trauma is the process of stabilisation. Without stabilisation, attempting to address trauma directly can risk re-traumatisation, exacerbating intrusive emotions and leaving individuals feeling overwhelmed and powerless, much like they did during the original traumatic event. Trauma stabilisation involves providing practical strategies to manage present symptoms of trauma while minimising the exploration of past traumatic experiences.

By focusing on managing present symptoms rather than delving into past traumas prematurely, stabilisation offers a safe and supportive system for healing. This phase, integral to trauma therapy standards, empowers clients to enhance their emotional regulation and coping skills, laying the foundation for successful trauma resolution.

And at Paseda360, we have understood that Havening Techniques is a promising approach for managing trauma-related distress and promoting emotional regulation as well. This innovative therapy draws upon various sensory inputs, including touch and eye movements, to reduce stress, anxiety, and discomfort. Originally known as amygdala repotentiation therapy, it aims to alter how the brain’s amygdala processes emotions, offering relief from the grip of traumatic memories.

Havening offers a multifaceted approach with three distinct applications: addressing emotional disturbances and encoded psychological trauma, enhancing wellness and stress management, and facilitating peak performance. This is why as a part of transformational coaching, the need for understanding stabilised trauma response is a must. At Paseda360 we incorporate Havening into our approach, working with ‘small t’ traumatic events that have an impact on  behaviour. It’s an important part of the Paseda360 approach.

Letter E – Empathic Perspective

Empathy. This is the main ingredient of meaningful connection, allowing us to bridge the gap between ourselves and others by tuning into their emotions and experiences. At its essence, empathy involves not only sensing and identifying the feelings of others but also regulating our own emotions and responding with care and skill. This perceptive engagement is a profound form of communication often overlooked in its power and potential in executive coaching.

Empathy isn’t merely about sympathising with someone’s emotions; it’s about truly understanding their perspective, imagining life through their lens, and comprehending their intentions and responses to the world. By cultivating empathic skills, we unlock the ability to forge deep, authentic connections based on mutual understanding and respect.

To truly empathise is to step into someone else’s shoes, to feel what they feel, and to see the world through their eyes. This act of walking in another’s shoes nurtures compassion and fosters genuine relationships built on trust and understanding as coaches.

Empathy encourages us to focus not on the differences that separate us but on the commonalities that bind us together as human beings. By immersing ourselves in the experiences of others, we cultivate a sense of shared humanity that transcends barriers of race, culture, or creed.

In practising empathy, we not only listen intently to others but also share our own vulnerabilities and experiences. This reciprocity strengthens the bonds of connection, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, loved, and understood. This is why having an empathic perspective should be an important part of modern transformational coaching methods.

Letter D – Deep Self Awareness

The path to deep self-awareness begins with a journey inward, an exploration of the complex layers of our being. It is a quest to uncover our true essence and to understand our values, beliefs, and motivations at the core. This journey requires courage and introspection as we go into the depths of our own psyche, confronting both the light and shadow aspects of our identity.

Self-discovery is not a destination but a continuous process of growth and evolution. It involves self-reflection, introspective questioning, and a willingness to embrace the complexities of our inner world. By peeling back the layers of conditioning and societal expectations, we unearth our authentic selves, reclaiming our autonomy and agency in shaping our lives.

At the heart of deep self-awareness lies the courage to embrace vulnerability, to honor the raw and unfiltered aspects of our being. Vulnerability is not a sign of weakness but a testament to our humanity, a willingness to expose our true selves to the world without fear or shame.

By embracing vulnerability, we open ourselves to deeper connections with others, fostering intimacy and trust in our relationships. It is through vulnerability that we forge authentic connections based on mutual acceptance and understanding.

Honouring the layers of personal truth requires us to confront our fears and insecurities with compassion and self-compassion. It is a journey of self-acceptance, acknowledging and integrating all aspects of ourselves, including the parts we may deem undesirable or unworthy. This is why this should be a part of modern certified coach training. Deep self-awareness is such a crucial requirement in executive coaching and even many other things, and Paseda360 recognises that.

Letter A – Authentic Self Value

The final letter of the word “PASEDA360”, but definitely not the least, represents “Authentic self-value.” To put this simply, at its essence, this means being true to oneself, embracing one’s personality, values, and spirit and truly believing in your self, despite external pressures to conform.

Genuine authenticity emanates from a place of self-awareness, where individuals are honest with themselves and others, taking responsibility for their actions and decisions. This honesty instils trust, as others perceive their words and deeds as genuine reflections of their true thoughts and feelings.

Authenticity finds expression through various facets, including integrity, self-expression, vulnerability, and accountability. Authentic individuals value others, remain present in their interactions, and honour their commitments too. They approach life with an open mind, accepting both themselves and others without judgment or pretence.

Central to authenticity is self-acceptance, where individuals embrace their strengths, weaknesses, and idiosyncrasies without reservation. By acknowledging and embracing their full selves, they cultivate a deep sense of self-worth, enabling them to engage with the world authentically and confidently.

Research in leadership skills underscores the critical importance of authenticity in fostering trust and credibility. Authenticity is not merely about being genuine in appearance but embodying a moral virtue—an unwavering commitment to staying true to oneself in all aspects of life.

Embodying the Paseda360 Way

So, in a sense, the Paseda360 approach lies in the integration of past, present, and future, fostering holistic coaching for comprehensive growth. This approach recognises that true transformation requires an understanding of one’s history, a presence in the current moment, and a vision for the future. Through Transformational Coaching and Certified Coach Training, practitioners learn to guide clients in exploring their past experiences, understanding their present circumstances, and envisioning their desired future. By integrating these dimensions, coaches facilitate comprehensive growth that encompasses all aspects of the client’s life.

Bridging the Subconscious and Conscious Mind

In another sense, Central to the Paseda360 methodology is the concept of bridging the subconscious and conscious mind, unveiling hidden truths for empowerment. Certified coach training techniques equip coaches with tools and techniques to help clients access their subconscious beliefs, desires, and fears, allowing them to uncover deep-seated patterns that may be holding them back. By bringing these hidden truths to light, clients can gain clarity, insight, and ultimately, empowerment to make positive changes in their lives.

Balancing Personal and Professional Life

Finally, the Paseda360 method emphasises the importance of balancing personal and professional life, nurturing wholeness and integration. Through such transformational coaching methods, coaches learn to support clients in achieving harmony between their personal goals and professional aspirations. This holistic approach acknowledges that true fulfilment comes from aligning one’s values, passions, and talents with their career and personal life. By fostering wholeness and integration, coaches empower clients to lead more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling lives.

So, by taking all these factors into consideration, it’s fair to suggest that Paseda360 embodies a paradigm shift in the coaching industry—a departure from outdated methodologies towards a dynamic, client-centric approach that celebrates the inherent brilliance of every individual. As Paseda360 continues to empower clients to embrace their true selves and achieve unprecedented levels of success, its impact reverberates across the realms of business, leadership, and personal growth, ushering in a new era of transformative coaching excellence.
