Duncan Skelton Coaching
Executive coaching for tech and corporate leaders from a former Google engineering leader.
About this sponsor
Duncan Skelton is an executive coach and the founder of Duncan Skelton Coaching. With a 25-year background in senior engineering leadership, including roles at Google in London and New York, he brings rare depth to the coaching of tech and corporate leaders. Since launching his practice six years ago, he has worked one-on-one with over 640 leaders across organisations including Google, Microsoft, Meta, Netflix, Spotify, BBC, and the UK Government.
Duncan was named Executive Coach of the Year 2025 at the Paseda360 National Coaching Awards.
His coaching philosophy is simple but demanding: leadership is an inside job. Real transformation doesn't come from adding more frameworks, but from removing the interference that gets in the way of who you already are, and have yet to discover.
He approaches coaching the way he approaches climbing: the route is already there. The work is learning to trust yourself enough to commit to the climb.
