Specialist Coach of the Year

Expertise in a Coaching Niche: The candidate should possess deep knowledge and experience in a specialist coaching area (Divorce, Team Building, Confidence, Public Speaking, Parenting, Sleep etc), demonstrated through qualifications, training, or professional engagement.

Client Outcomes and Transformation: The candidate should be able to demonstrate significant client outcomes in their specialist area, with examples of how their coaching has made a lasting impact. Tailored and Innovative Coaching Practice: The candidate should use creative and evidence-based approaches specifically adapted to their specialist field, providing personalised support that sets them apart.

Thought Leadership and Influence: The candidate should contribute to their area of specialism through publications, presentations, mentoring, or other forms of professional engagement.

Professional Standards and Ethics: The candidate should demonstrate integrity and ethical awareness, particularly where their specialism intersects with complex or sensitive client issues
