What the judges look for
Demonstrated expertise in wellbeing coaching: The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully coaching individuals or groups in improving their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Professional credentials: The candidate should possess the necessary professional credentials and qualifications, such as certifications from recognised coaching organisations or degrees in related fields.
Measurable results: The candidate should be able to provide quantifiable data and metrics that demonstrate the success of their coaching, such as improved health outcomes, reduced absenteeism, and/or increased job satisfaction.
Empathy and compassion: The candidate should possess a strong sense of empathy and compassion, with a proven ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
